Solomonar Data Digital Purchase and Access Terms
1. Scope of This Policy
These terms explain how Solomonar Data handles digital purchases, product delivery, access, and refund requests.
Solomonar Data sells digital products only for data professionals, analysts, researchers, and organizations. These products may include dashboards, frameworks, toolkits, blueprints, calculators, and other digital resources provided entirely in electronic form. No physical goods are sold, shipped, or returned.
By placing an order with Solomonar Data, you agree to the terms set out in this policy.
2. How Digital Delivery Works
All Solomonar Data products are delivered digitally. Access may be provided immediately or shortly after payment through download links, customer dashboards, email delivery, account access, protected resource pages, or another digital method used by Solomonar Data.
A product is considered delivered once the purchased file, link, login details, or access instructions have been successfully made available to the customer. Once access has been granted, the order is treated as fulfilled, even if the customer chooses not to download or use the product right away.
3. Final Sale Basis
Because digital products can be accessed, saved, copied, and used shortly after delivery, all sales are generally final once access has been provided.
Digital goods cannot be returned in the same way as physical merchandise, and they cannot be verified as unused after delivery. For that reason, once a Solomonar Data product has been delivered, refunds, cancellations, returns, and exchanges are not normally available unless a limited exception described in this policy applies.
4. Limited Refund Exceptions
Although purchases are generally final, Solomonar Data may review a refund request in a narrow set of circumstances where there is a verified issue with billing or delivery. These situations include:
-
the product was not delivered because of a confirmed technical issue on the Solomonar Data side
-
the file is corrupted, incomplete, or inaccessible and cannot be repaired, replaced, or reissued
-
duplicate transactions occurred for the same product
Where one of these issues is confirmed, Solomonar Data may first attempt to solve the problem by restoring access, reissuing the file, replacing the affected product, or otherwise correcting the delivery issue. A refund may be considered only if the problem cannot reasonably be resolved in another way.
5. Situations That Do Not Qualify for a Refund
A refund will not be granted simply because a customer changes their mind after purchase, no longer needs the product, or later decides that the product is not the right fit for their preferences or workflow.
Refunds are also not available for reasons such as misunderstanding the product after purchase, failing to read the product description before buying, expecting features or outcomes not clearly stated on the product page, lacking the technical knowledge to use the product, or having a software or system setup that does not support the product where no compatibility promise was made.
If the product was delivered substantially as described, dissatisfaction alone does not create a right to a refund.
6. Customer Review and Purchase Responsibility
Customers are responsible for reviewing product information carefully before completing a purchase.
Each product offered by Solomonar Data is intended to be described with its features, intended use, scope, and core functionality so that customers can make an informed decision. By completing an order, the customer confirms that they have reviewed the available product information and understand what the product includes.
It is the customer’s responsibility to determine whether the product is suitable for their intended use before checkout.
7. Compatibility and Technical Requirements
Customers are responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary software, tools, systems, and technical knowledge required to access and use the purchased product.
Solomonar Data is not responsible for customer-side issues arising from incompatible software, unsupported devices, missing applications, internal system restrictions, workflow limitations, or lack of required technical capability. Refunds will not be issued on the basis of customer-side compatibility problems unless Solomonar Data expressly stated support that the product does not in fact provide.
8. Access Support
If a customer experiences difficulty accessing a purchased product, Solomonar Data may provide reasonable assistance to confirm delivery and help restore access where appropriate.
This may include reissuing access details, resending links, confirming account availability, or providing another reasonable delivery method. Access-related support is intended to complete or correct delivery and does not automatically create a right to a refund.
9. License and Use Restrictions
When a customer purchases a product from Solomonar Data, they receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use that product for its intended personal, professional, internal business, or organizational purpose, subject to any product-specific terms stated on the relevant product page.
Purchase does not transfer ownership of the product or its underlying intellectual property rights. Unless Solomonar Data gives prior written permission, customers may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, republish, reproduce for public distribution, or share purchased files, access links, or protected materials with others.
Unauthorized sharing or misuse may result in revoked access, canceled licenses, refusal of future purchases, or further action where necessary.
10. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If there is an issue with an order, customers should contact Solomonar Data first so the matter can be reviewed and, where possible, resolved directly.
If a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated after digital access has been granted or delivery has been completed, Solomonar Data reserves the right to respond using available records, including payment confirmation, order details, delivery logs, and access history. Where a dispute is found to be inconsistent with completed digital delivery or otherwise abusive, Solomonar Data may suspend access, revoke licenses, and restrict future purchases.
11. Changes to Products and Policy
Solomonar Data may update, improve, revise, replace, or discontinue products, product formats, access methods, or support materials from time to time. Unless a product page clearly states otherwise, a purchase does not guarantee future updates, additional releases, expanded versions, or continued revisions.
Solomonar Data may also update or modify this policy at any time. Any revised version will be posted on this page and will apply from the time of publication unless otherwise required by law.
12. Acceptance of These Terms
By purchasing any product from Solomonar Data, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Digital Purchase and Access Policy.
If you do not agree with these terms, you should not complete a purchase through the website.
